zumba is an aerobic workout. it really focuseson hip hop, latin dance and a little bit of just general dance. it's a great way to workoutwithout feeling like you're working out. with zumba, you get to move around, there's musicand you use space a little bit different. it's just more fun, period. people seem toreally enjoy it because you feel like you're dancing the whole time. you don't really realizethat you're working out and working hard. i've heard of people burning up to 1,000 caloriesin one class. yes! ann's a wonderful person, she's a great instructor. she'll help youif you feel like you're a little lost. she's a lot of fun. she always keep a lot of spunkin the class and yells a lot and swings her hair. so, it's a lot of fun. you're dancingand having a good time and the music's fun
and there's lots of energy in the room. soyou can't go wrong. i think anyone could do it and have fun.
