opposite direction for 30 seconds. your armsare going to start to feel hot at this point. once you hit 30 seconds going back, bringyour hands up to go a pose, you're going to reach up and then pretend like you're pullingsomething down. you can see that my biceps have started to engage, then reach and justgo to that go pose, down...up and down. beautiful! up and down, doing this for 30 seconds, afteryou've done this, now they're really on fire but hang with me, stay here with your go posethen come forward, out and in. very good! this is starting to work now your pectoralismuscle. you're going to do this for 30 seconds. yes, as you're doing this forward and backmotion, you're also getting the back part of your back. i'm going to turn around soyou can see. i'm squeezing and going forward
