free zumba dance

do you like to exercise outdoors? come jointhe party! the movement in the parks program and the san francisco recreation and parkdepartment are excited to bring you free cardio dance classes in our public parks. we have from all over come. there are littlekids who are like 4 years old who come and shimmy with us. and today we had somebodywho was 75! so that is what we are up to. this is a great way to get outside, burn somecalories, meet new friends and move for free. here's what participants have to say. it was really good. i'm excited to see willaand the group. and it's very motivating, because there'sa lot of people who attend.
