1what's going on?!" yeah, it was surreal. - and so we've just filmed bodyattack...- as you guys can tell. ... bodyattack's latest release 81,and it's a really great release if you happen to be listening to this right now.what did you like of the new release? - my favorite thing is probably track four.i quite like the jump-squats... track nine, definitely a challenging track,all those tough jumps. absolutely insane. - yeah, if you happen to be listening to thisright now track fourthe intervals, hardcore training stuff it's really, really cardioand track nine pretty challenging as well
